Introduction

Welcome to Waanverse Labs Inc. This User Agreement governs your use of our services and products. By accessing or using any of our services or products, whether directly or through third-party platforms, you agree to comply with these terms.

This Agreement applies to all products and services provided by Waanverse Labs Inc., regardless of the medium through which they are consumed. This includes but is not limited to web-based applications, mobile applications, APIs, and third-party integrations.

By creating an account and using our services in a specific country or territory, you designate that location as your Home Country. This designation is significant for determining the applicable laws and regulations that govern your use of our services. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our services complies with the local laws of your Home Country.

To use our services effectively, you will need compatible hardware, software (the latest version is recommended and sometimes required), and reliable Internet access (fees may apply). Please note that the performance of our services may be influenced by these factors, and Waanverse Labs Inc. cannot be held responsible for any limitations or disruptions caused by your hardware, software, or Internet connection.

We are committed to ensuring that your experience with our services is secure and reliable. By agreeing to this User Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not access or use our services.

Payments, Taxes, Refunds, and Other Fees

While many of our services are free of charge, certain services may require payment. These transactions, referred to as "Transactions," constitute an electronic contract between the user and Waanverse Labs Inc. By engaging in a Transaction, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

All payments for Transactions will be processed over a secure network. Additionally, users may be prompted to use multi-factor authentication (MFA) or other additional security measures to further protect their accounts and payment details.

Payments: Users are responsible for all charges related to Transactions, including any applicable fees and taxes. Payment methods accepted by Waanverse Labs Inc. will be clearly indicated during the purchase process. Users must provide accurate and complete billing information. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

Taxes: The prices for our services may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location and the nature of the product or service. Taxes may vary depending on the jurisdiction and will be added to the purchase price where applicable. Users are responsible for paying all such taxes.

Refunds: Refund policies may vary depending on the specific service or product purchased. Generally, all sales are final, and refunds will only be issued in accordance with the refund policy applicable to the specific service or product. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must contact our customer support team within the timeframe specified in the applicable refund policy. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Other Fees: In addition to the cost of the services, there may be additional fees associated with certain Transactions. These fees will be clearly disclosed during the purchase process. Users are responsible for any such fees and agree to pay them in full at the time of the Transaction.

By completing a Transaction, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions regarding payments, taxes, refunds, and other fees. Waanverse Labs Inc. reserves the right to change its pricing, refund policies, and the terms of this section at any time, with such changes taking effect immediately upon posting the updated User Agreement.

Account

Account Creation: To access certain services provided by Waanverse Labs Inc., you may be required to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. Accounts for children under 13 are only created for products explicitly designed for them. You agree that:

• You will not create an account if you are under 13 years old, except for designated products.
• Any mature content found on your account may result in immediate account deletion without prior notice or notification.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username (Waanverse ID) and password. You agree to:

• Not share your password and take reasonable steps to keep your account secure.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session, especially when accessing the Services from a public or shared device.

Account Responsibilities: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. This includes any actions taken by individuals to whom you have given access to your account, whether or not you have authorized such access. You agree to:

Waanverse ID: Your Waanverse ID (username) is unique and may be publicly visible across all Waanverse ecosystem products and services, facilitating easy recognition of users and their accounts.

Content Usage: Some content shared on Waanverse publicly may be used by Waanverse Labs Inc. for promotional or other purposes as long as it remains public and non-private. Waanverse Labs Inc. will not use such content unlawfully or in harmful ways.
